We operate as an affiliate travel research and publishing platform. We are not a licensed tour operator, travel agency, or package travel organiser under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (UK). We do not sell, arrange, or take financial responsibility for any travel product, accommodation, or safari experience.

Use of This Site
You may use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

Our Affiliate Model — Full Disclosure
How We Make Money
Wildlife Safari Deals participates in affiliate programmes. This means that when you click a booking link on this Site and complete a reservation with one of our partner platforms, we receive a commission payment from that platform. This commission is paid by the booking platform, not by you.
The price you pay when booking through our affiliate links is identical to — and in some cases lower than — the price you would pay by going directly to the same booking platform without using our link. Our affiliate relationship does not add any cost, fee, or surcharge to your booking.
Stay22 Affiliate Platform
Our affiliate links are managed through Stay22, a specialist travel affiliate platform. Stay22 powers the lodge maps embedded on our destination pages and manages the attribution of commissions across our partner booking platforms. When you click a booking link on this Site, your click passes through Stay22’s tracking system before reaching the final booking platform.
Editorial Independence
Our editorial content — destination guides, lodge comparisons, seasonal timing advice, and booking recommendations — is produced independently and is not influenced by commission rates. We do not receive payment to recommend specific lodges or operators. Commission rates are not a factor in our editorial decisions. We link to the platforms we would use ourselves.

We work hard to ensure the information on this Site is accurate, up to date, and genuinely useful. However, safari pricing, lodge availability, seasonal conditions, visa requirements, health and safety guidance, and wildlife sighting probabilities are subject to change without notice.
Pricing information on this Site is indicative only. Live pricing is always shown on the relevant booking platform at the time of reservation. We make no warranty that any price shown on this Site will match the live price on a booking platform at the time you click through.
Destination guides, timing advice, and lodge recommendations reflect our own research and first-hand experience. They are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute professional travel, legal, medical, or financial advice. You should verify all critical travel information — including visa requirements, vaccination recommendations, and travel advisories — with the relevant official government sources before travelling. Section 7
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wildlife Safari Deals accepts no liability for:
- Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on this Site
- Any loss arising from a booking made through an affiliate link, including cancellations, refund disputes, lodge quality issues, or service failures by a third-party platform or lodge operator
- Any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use or inability to use this Site
- Interruption, suspension, or termination of this Site or any third-party service linked from it
- Inaccuracies in pricing, availability, or lodge descriptions provided by third-party booking platforms
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law are not affected by these terms. Section 8
Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds
Wildlife Safari Deals does not handle bookings, payments, cancellations, or refunds. All of these are managed exclusively by the third-party booking platform through which you made your reservation (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, VRBO, TripAdvisor, or Kayak).
If you have a dispute about a booking, cancellation, or refund, you must contact the relevant platform directly. We cannot intervene in, override, or influence decisions made by third-party booking platforms regarding your reservation.
We strongly recommend:
- Reading the cancellation and refund policy of your chosen platform before booking
- Reviewing the specific lodge’s cancellation terms on the booking platform — these vary significantly
- Taking out comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, curtailment, and emergency evacuation
- Saving your booking confirmation reference before you travel
